Originally established in 1995 with revised restrictions in 2004. The area is dedicated to site built homes of at least 1,500sf of living space.
Just around the corner is one of the county’s public boat launch.
Surrounding area is made of small acreage properties and scattered lake homes outside of recorded communities with deed restrictions.
