Fowlers Point Subdivision

Fowlers Point is a 56 acre lake community established in 1985, before the lake was completed. It is made up of 28 waterfront lots and 39 off water properties.

Included is 3 separate reserve areas along the FM road 2859 at the entrance. Portions of the reserve area is an easement for power lines running along the highway.

Waterfront homes must be at least 1,500 sf, while the other tracts will range from a minimum of 1,000 to 1,250sf. Most of the lots are from ½ acre to under 1 acre. There currently are a total of 29 homes built, 18 of them waterfront. 


The home price range varies from $125,000 off water to waterfront ranging from $195,000 upwards to $500,000.

Naturally, subject to market conditions. The community includes a boat launch for use by current property owners. Fowlers Point is just 2 miles from the FM 2859 lake bridge and is in the Mildred School District of Navarro County. #56 on Richland Chambers Lake Map.
